Our ornamental shrub care is just the ticket to bigger blooms, greener leaves and healthier plants.

Just like your lawn, proper nutrition is essential for your landscape. Heat, drought, disease and insects all stress your plants. Our "Complete Nutrition" applications are not a "root zone injected" treatment but instead, is designed to be sprayed with a gentle and safe non-burning formula even on delicate plants. We apply directly to the lower base, covering bark thoroughly. The plant absorbs essential nutrients almost immediately. 

While our program may change based on climatic and agronomic conditions, below is a general outline of our shrub care program.

Dormant/Horticultural Oil; Controls overwintering insects such as scale, aphids and spider mites

Spring Nutrient Package; Specially formulated to encourage strong root as well as plant growth; increases flowering and improves insect and disease resistance - thus making plants greener and healthier.

Early Insect & Disease Control; Helps with control of fungal diseases like powdery mildew and insects like spider mites and aphids

Summer Insect & Disease Control; Reduces disease impact and helps control insects like Jap. Beetles, aphids, webworms and other sucking and chewing insects

Late Summer Insect & Disease Control; Inspection and treatment to help control insect and disease activity from a wide range of potential issues.

Fall Nutrient Package; The best time to feed your shrubs after the stresses of summer heat! Helps your plants overwinter - reducing winter injury chances and recover from summer drought and heat.

**Shrub care is NOT an "insurance" of healthy plants but helps provide needed nutrients and reduces damage from insects and diseases. Some insect activity is expected even with treatments, insects must feed on a treated plant in order for the previously applied application to control the insect. 

**Previous damage to plants often takes years to be "replaced" with new growth. The goal is to reduce any NEW damage.

**All landscape plants have an expected lifespan, they will decline, reduce flowering and die off as they reach the end of their lifespan. Treatment programs will NOT extend the life of a plant reaching it's end.
